Responsibilities- Conduct organizational studies to identify actionable insights from product-related performance data, conduct market-facing research to understand competitor and customer landscape, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist management in developing overall strategic directions related to monetization opportunities to help creators and publishers develop sustainable revenue streams on our platform.- Manage international team of monetization experts to develop insights and strategy and develop product strategy to launch new monetization features, products, and programs on our platform.- Design marketing programs, including communications strategies, educational programs, and brand positioning to help drive awareness and satisfaction with monetization on platform.- Coordinate program roll outs with teams across all global regions, collating best practices and driving efficiencies.- Lead research and business intelligence projects around creator and publisher needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in complex strategic projects.- Develop complex financial models by using massive data sets from multiple sources.- Create data-driven business and product strategies that determine how to invest the company s time and effort.- Conduct multi-method quantitative and qualitative research to develop critical business insights.- Create executive documents and lead presentations to gain buy-in for business proposals.- Manage team and project P&Ls to adhere to budgets.QualificationsQualificationsMust have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:- Conducting industry and competitor research on the marketing science industry trends, competitors' behaviors, and new product solution opportunities to assist leadership make decisions on product directions; and- Gathering and analyzing large data sets and building data science models to support development of business planning.Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:- Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product/project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents;- Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions;- Designing and executing user interviews and resolving product designs based on insights collected from user interviews; and- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, data analysts, and quality assurance analysts, to drive product implementation.TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: International travel up to 10% required.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Culver City, CASalary Range: $125400 - $229140 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
