Position Summary:

Position: Stockroom Clerk/Warehousing Specialist

Location: Seneca Falls, NY

Hours: Split Shift - 11am-7pm

Summary: The Stockroom Clerk provides administrative support to ITT Central Distribution Center. This person is responsible for assisting various departments and coordinating with external shipping partners.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Research and respond to investigation of cycle count reconciling of inventory. Review with supervisor for resolution.
  • Post department productivity results daily on KPI boards.
  • Process system generated paperwork for spare part picking and stage for stockroom picking process.
  • Schedule with traffic all off-site parts to return for use.
  • Sort and file pick slips. MSO put away and other paperwork that requires a transaction daily.
  • Reply to emails and work bench messages in timely manner
  • Manage office support supplies. Monitor janitorial, breakroom and office supplies and purchase as needed.


Position Requirements:

Education:

  • H.S. or equivalent is required
  • PC Training is required
  • Some college is preferred

Experience:

  • 2-5 yrs. of warehouse experience

Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • PC Skills - MS Office & Outlook, SAP, GetPaid
  • AS/400 Skills PRMS (IP & WSO)
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer orientation
  • Effective communication skills

Equal Pay Act Range:
Annual Salary Range $45,300 to $67,700 Plus benefits and incentive plans
