Craftexcom We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input customer data into our database with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and order status updates.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
