The IT Business Analyst will play a meaningful role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that our technology solutions align with the organization's goals and objectives. They will apply a strong analytical mentality, superb communication, and a solid grasp of IT systems as well as business processes to help improve the benefit of technology investments. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with business partners to collect and document requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop strategies for enhancing current business processes to create efficiencies; conduct cost-versus-benefit assessments to partners. Work in collaboration with partners to define the overall project scope requiring technology solutions; prioritize collected requirements.
