2nd Shift Production Supervisor JOB FUNCTION:The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising all personnel and equipment in the raw processing departments, roasting and packaging lines under the direction of the senior supervisor and/or production manager. The operational responsibilities are to be performed in an efficient and safe manner while meeting all quality parameters during the course of the shift. Ensures product in all departments of production meets specifications. Essential Functions:Manages WIP inventory during shift operations. Reconciles shift inventor movement daily. Directs forklift drivers on use of product and product warehousing. Directs ECS operation and sorting for in shell and kernel production so semi finished product is within specification. Selects correct semi finished product to make finished goods with guidance from the Senior Production supervisor or Production Manager.
