Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm EST - Business Hours

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Summary:

Our Product Manager, Graduate Programs owns the $MM revenue stream and P&L for a key part of the iPEC business. This role is responsible for creating new demand across key customer segments using the power of our brand and content to elevate reach and awareness of our offerings. The Marketing Manager, Graduate Programs also owns the marketing plan, including management of budget, planning, and KPIs across all paid and owned channels. Graduate programs is a high-growth part of our business that has a tremendous impact on the success of graduates as well as our business.

The ideal candidate is expected to come with strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities and innovative, revenue-generating ideas. As this is a newer division, this role will set the strategic direction and work across functions to drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager, Graduate Programs works closely with other Marketing team members as well as appropriate cross-functional departments to ensure a high level of execution while meeting established revenue goals within a specified time frame.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Direct marketing activities as needed and develop a fully integrated marketing strategy for our coach certification graduate programs
  • Manage the P&L for the graduate division and achieve revenue and EBITDA goals
  • Be driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive on strategic thinking and problem-solving opportunities since this is a newer division that requires the ideal candidate to help set the company up for a strong growth trajectory with "start-up" like energy
  • Partner with our PMO to execute on the overall growth strategy, optimize towards scaled growth, helping to provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive growth through full funnel, data driven, and holistic digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in applying data, analytics, and insights to strengthen the in-bound growth funnel across both paid and organic channels.
  • A consistently successful relationship builder, who is passionate about understanding people and their needs

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or other applicable area of study, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams is required
  • Significant experience managing revenue target and P&L responsibility is required

  • A proven ability to perform against aggressive, ever-changing goals
  • A high level of interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Superior project management skills, ability to multi-task and work on tight timelines
  • Strong leadership orientation with a high work ethic and energy level.
