What will you be doing?

  • Finalize customer technical solution signoff with the Solutions Architect team and lead creation and execution of a project plan for successful deployment of the proposed solution to meet client needs
  • Always check services to make sure providing the best quality
  • Be the voice of the customers and make sure their needs are heard
  • Step in as the go-to person for any support, billing, or other issues
  • Develop well-documented processes to streamline operations and elevate the experience for both team and customers
  • Help identify new features that clients need and ensure any new features or bug fixes meet standards
  • Develop a Digital Twin of the customer s physical operation within the AI framework
  • Establish connectivity between cloud infrastructure, video, and other sensor data
  • Deploy edge hardware as necessary
  • Build and train initial customer Machine Learning and AI models
  • Establish customer success metrics for ongoing measurement and management of service delivery
  • Compile detailed customer-run books to mitigate support issues proactively
  • Report and analyze customer analytics processed by the AI product


What are the minimum qualifications?

  • Candidates must have a strong understanding of technical project management methodologies for software development and delivery
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience
  • 3+ years in enterprise software deployment and production management
  • Proficiency in metrics collection and analysis
  • Understanding of HTML error messaging, batch scripts, basic programming knowledge, and experience with identity authentication solutions are valuable
  • Experience with machine learning and AI solutions
  • Background in data analytics, statistics, networking, video streaming, image file formats, network and data security, and cloud administration is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen


Salary: 140k - 160k
