Job Title: CAD DrafterJob DescriptionAs a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for generating layout drawings from customer-supplied CAD files, plans, and sketches. Your role includes creating accurate bills of material and detailed production and part drawings. You will design both standard products and customer-specific applications. This position is highly customer-facing, requiring regular interaction with customers and internal sales teams, often involving phone calls to clarify requirements. You will also be responsible for managing drawing workload and providing engineering and technical support to sales, production personnel, and customers. The role primarily involves drafting in CAD, generating quotes, and performing administrative tasks such as updating the ERP system, communicating shipping times, and providing general customer support.
