Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled Set-Up Technician in Gainesville, GA, for a 2nd shift position.
Pay: $20/hr
This role involves preventive maintenance, performing change-overs, and repairing machines and equipment.
Requirements:
* Vocational or certificate training preferred* Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing; 2+ years preferred* Strong reading comprehension and teamwork skills* Effective communication and organizational skills* Hands-on troubleshooting ability* Basic knowledge of CNC machines (maintenance, setup, operation)* Understanding of the metric system and measurement equipment preferred* Experience with quality systems preferred* Moderate computer skills* Basic G-Code programming preferred* Reliable attendance and punctuality* Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs (crane assistance for heavier loads)* Ability to push/pull up to 80 lbs using material handling equipment* Frequent standing, walking, handling, and finger use* Occasional sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, crawling, squatting, kneeling, working from heights, and working in narrow spaces
