Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Charlotte, NC. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations and phone calls, and other receptionist duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties experience in a hotel or similar setting
- Experience with Reservations systems
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
