Job Location Durango - Lakewood, WA Education Level Not Specified Olympic Moving & Storage / Bekins NW is a family-owned essential business with a dedication to serving our customers. We are looking to grow our team with exceptional Mover/Drivers. Our service spans commercial / household moves as well as warehouse and logistics management. In addition, we provide relocation assistance to our military service men and women. We are committed to the safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Provide first-class customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
* Protectively pad and wrap items for loading in vehicles
* Carry or dolly items to and from vehicles as directed by the Crew Leader
* Assist the Crew Leader with other functions as needed
* Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
* Responsible for accurately completing paperwork and payment collection

* Stamina to lift heavy items (50 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
* Must be able to overcome adversity without complaining. Bad attitudes will not be tolerated.
* Ability to perform basic smart device (i.e. phone or tablet) functions
* Must have good communication skills
**Experience**
* **Movers -** Must be 18+ due to interstate travel requirements, Starting Pay DOE
* Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction, non-CDL transportation, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful
