Job Details

DUTIES: Will be responsible for: collecting/recording client data, recording/paying invoices due, collecting/recording client payments, answering/returning phone calls, maintaining office supply levels, mail retrieval, appointment scheduling, destruction/disposal or return of any data no longer needed, other assignments as necessary. _ SHIFT: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 18-24 hours per week. (Additional days as needed). _ No experience necessary. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
