Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors upon their arrival at the agency, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, provide information, and take accurate messages.
  • Assist administrative staff with various tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide helpful information to callers and visitors.
  • Screen visitors and promptly relay messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in a weekend on-call rotation as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
