A growing defense contractor located near Bucks County, PA, is seeking a military veteran to serve in a Project Manager role.
The candidate will work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal law enforcement agencies. As an innovative company offering a wide array of products, they strive to continuously develop new technology and drive process improvement.
Your overall responsibility in this position is to drive and implement plant wide projects, while following organization standards for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods and processes.
Candidates transitioning from active duty are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have operations experience in a manufacturing environment and a background in lean manufacturing concepts. Process improvement, cost savings, and working with cross-functional teams are very important in this role. Candidates that have high initiative, high energy, and a genuine desire to learn and grow will go far in this role.
This is a Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm day shift role at the manufacturing site. This position will consult with Senior Leadership and report to the Senior Project Manager and there is upward mobility to more senior operations leadership and project manager roles.
$95 - $100K with a comprehensive benefits package that starts on day one.
