Job Details

Marketing Director leadership role for an established growing residential property management client. The Marketing Director will lead several corporate employees on the financial analytics team, manage all aspects of pricing and marketing strategy across their portfolio and have a seat at the leadership table.

This role will be responsible for articulating their brand and culture throughout all the client's marketing and recruiting platforms.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a larger residential real estate property Marketing Department who wishes to have more latitude to have their voice heard regarding price setting and marketing spend.
Seeking a creative resourceful individual to take the leadership on web marketing and customer efficiencies for our client.
Reports to the Principal owner of the firm, with a seat at the leadership table.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Director:

Oversee and coordinate pricing development and marketing trends.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment by directing the analytical team on goals and visions to prompt their research.
Determine product demand and customer awareness, setting up high-performing call centers.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Review and optimize marketing budget.
Consider unit improvements in buildings to be forecasted for rehab at the appropriate time.
Directly supervise a team of 3-4 analytical staff.
Manager search efficiencies on the web.

Qualifications of the Marketing Director:

Previous experience in marketing within the property management and rental industry
Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
Strong analytic skills to understand and identify market trends and competitive analysis
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented

Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
