The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As a cause-driven leader, you will manage financial functions, including budget preparation, expense analysis, financial reporting, reconciliations, and facilitating audits. You will also assist in payroll, month-end close processes, and bank deposits, while supporting various projects and initiatives. Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions. Performs financial functions which may include preparation of budgets, expense analysis, periodic invoicing and financial reporting obligations and reconciliations.
