Machine Operator - Focke & Hauni
Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team and operate tobacco Focke and Hauni machines. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing equipment, specifically focusing on the Focke 350 & F5 and Hauni Protos 80/90 machines utilized in tobacco processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee tobacco Focke and Hauni machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on Focke and Hauni machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues encountered during operation and implement timely repairs to prevent production delays
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to schedule and execute maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and upgrades to Focke and Hauni machines
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to uphold a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues
- Participate in training programs to stay abreast of new technologies and best practices related to Focke and Hauni machines operation and maintenance
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining tobacco Focke and Hauni machines
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and the capability to execute routine maintenance tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules as required
