Job Details

You should have an intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Suite and be able to hit the ground running with very little training. Other responsibilities will include organizing our image library and creative assets, proofreading and editing copy, communicating with outside vendors, completing administrative tasks, and other functional department needs. Our most successful team members are organized, self-starters who can multitask and prioritize projects in an ever-evolving environment, able to work individually and in teams, and communicate in a clear and timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling digital and print assets supporting marketing channels including website, email, brochures, direct mail, flyers, invitations, lease offer booklets, ads, signage, social, and other various collateral.
  • Enhance/edit photos in Photoshop and work with logos in Illustrator, assist in the creation of proposals and presentations including design layout, inclusion of graphics, resumes, project schedules, etc., and display a willingness to adhere and keep current company brand identity and standards.
  • Assist in production of marketing packages to include printing, binding, mailing, distribution, etc. and proofread and edit all packages; some copywriting skills needed.
  • Manage and archive image library and creative assets and help track business development and leasing initiatives to include Google and LinkedIn ads, emails, direct mail postcards, landing pages, etc.
  • Update company resumes as needed and assist in the coordination of photographers for company headshots and building photography.
  • Help organize and maintain the marketing file structure, and miscellaneous projects, as assigned.
  • Maintain and update social media platforms as needed.
  • Help track business development and leasing initiatives, emails, direct mail postcards, landing pages, etc.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.


Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or similar field - Required


Experience:

  • 2+ years on the job marketing experience - Required
  • 1+ years experience in healthcare real estate, luxury residential, or resort real estate experience - Preferred


Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on InDesign
  • Strong visual sense and creative flair with the ability to layout visual elements on a page in a balanced and compelling manner to effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative and be proactive in seeking new opportunities and resolving issues autonomously; innovative ideas to improve materials and/or processes, confident in making sound business decisions utilizing available information, seeks continous learning
  • Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, and creativity
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask
  • Excellent project management and communication skills


Benefits

  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year
  • Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
