Description Petcha Can! LLC is a premium/boutique pet and house sitting company who services areas in and around the Boston, MA area. We are currently seeking friendly and reliable pet sitters to join our team. As a pet sitter, you will have the opportunity to care for a variety of adorable pets, from dogs to cats to reptiles and more. This is the perfect job for animal lovers who want to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. Responsibilities Provide loving and attentive care for pets in their own homes Feed and water pets according to specified instructions Administer medication to pets as needed Take dogs for walks and engage in playtime to ensure their physical and mental well-being Clean litter boxes and replenish bedding for cats Monitor the health of pets and report any concerns or issues to the owners Maintain cleanliness and organization of pet areas Requirements Previous experience caring for pets, either as a professional pet sitter or as a pet owner Knowledge of basic pet first aid and CPR is a plus Ability to follow instructions and adhere to pet care routines Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic knowledge of various pet breeds and their behaviors Physical capability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments Flexibility with scheduling, as evening and weekend availability may be required Employment Type: Contract Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Bonus/Commission: No
