Job Details
Under direct supervision, the General Laborer assists in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; placing material in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. This position can use heavy equipment, such as, but not limited to a skid steer, forklift, front loader and/or a crane. Duties and Responsibilities:Assists by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, etc using heavy equipment, such as, but not limited to, a skid steer, forklift, front loader and/or a crane. Assists in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools. Wraps, stacks and bands material or products. Builds or assembles crates.
