Our client, in the insurance/investment industry is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Franklin, WI for a 6 month contract.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Range: $65-70/hr
What s the Job?
- Partners with business functions and product management to define, determine, analyze, document , communicate , execute on objectives for implementation, support, rollout and adoption for product.
- Uses data to make successes and challenges visible, and to drive insights and action plans to continually adjust and aggressively pursue our program goals
- Accountable for identifying, assessing and mitigating program risks and issues, and removing impediments
- Provides visibility and transparency of our work and our plans to leadership
- Makes connections across teams to drive identification and managing of inter-dependencies
What s Needed?
- 10+ years' experience
- PMP certification
- Industry experience a plus (insurance/investment)
- Good time management, organizational, and written/oral communication skills
- Solid leadership and management skills
