GE Hydro recherche un Supervieur de Chantier pour la r gion EMEA. Vous tes en charge d'assurer la bonne ex cution des travaux de mani re efficace et dans le respect du calendrier du projet, d'assurer la qualit (AQ) et satisfaire toutes les autres exigences contractuelles. En lien avec le Project manager Site Installation Service France (PMSI) ainsi que le Project Manager Service France (PM), vous vous assurez du bon respect des m thodes de montage et de la planification des travaux. Vous tes le repr sentant de GE Hydro France chez nos clients et ce titre, en charge de la promotion/repr sentation de l entreprise et de la gestion/contr le des interfaces avec le client.

Votre mission est la suivante :

• Superviser les activit s de chantier chez nos clients.

• Encadrer et manager une quipe de monteurs (2 6 personnes)

• Encadrer et manager les quipes des activit s sous trait es

• Avoir une bonne coute et un bon relationnel client

• Assister et participer au point d avancement projet lors des r unions hebdomadaires avec le client

• Contr ler la r ception du mat riel,

• Appliquer le contr le de la qualit pour s'assurer que tous les travaux sont effectu s conform ment aux instructions, sp cifications, normes standard, directives de qualit et obligations contractuelles.

• tre responsable de la s curit du personnel sur le site en suivant les r gles de s curit de l'entreprise et les r gles et r glementations locales

• Anticiper et identifier les ventuels probl mes techniques et modifications en coop ration avec le PMSI et le PM

• Surveiller et contr ler les quantit s.

• R diger le descriptif des travaux / liste du mat riel lors des phases de pr paration

• Avoir la volont d voluer au-del de son domaine de comp tence propre et gagner en polyvalence.

• Participer l laboration d un planning de chantier et d finir les temps et ressources n cessaires l activit en phase de chiffrage et r alisation.

• Veiller la mise en pratique des politiques de GE et des instructions de l'entreprise en mati re d'environnement

Qualifications Requises:

• Baccalaur at en Ing nierie ou/et de formation Technicien ou quivalant

• Exp rience prouv e dans la supervision des travaux d'installation m canique/ lectrique au sein d'organisations internationales et matricielles

• Exp rience dans le pilotage d' quipes de chantier

• Forte culture EHS

• Vous faites la diff rence par vos qualit s de leadership et de communication. Vous tes f d rateur.

• Vous tes l'aise avec les outils informatiques.

• Anglais exig

GE Hydro is looking for a Site Supervisor for the EMEA region. You are responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the work efficiently and within the project schedule, ensuring quality (QA) and meeting all other contractual requirements. In conjunction with the Project Manager Site Installation Service France (PMSI) as well as the Project Manager Service France (PM), you ensure proper compliance with assembly methods and work planning. You are the representative of GE Hydro France to our customers and as such, in charge of the promotion/representation of the company and the management/control of interfaces with the customer.

Your mission is as follows:

• Supervise site activities for our clients and manage a team of fitters (2 to 6 people)

• Supervise and manage the teams of subcontracted activities

• Have good listening skills and good customer relations

• Attend and participate in project progress updates during weekly meetings with the client

• Control receipt of material,

• Apply quality control to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with instructions, specifications, standard norms, quality guidelines and contractual obligations.

• Responsible for the safety of personnel on site by following company safety rules and local rules and regulations

• Anticipate and identify possible technical problems and modifications in cooperation with the PMSI and the PM

• Monitor and control quantities

• Write the description of the work / list of materials during the preparation phases

• Have the desire to evolve beyond your own area of expertise and gain versatility

• Participate in the development of a construction site schedule and define the time and resources necessary for the activity in the costing and implementation phase.

• Ensure implementation of GE policies and company environmental instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or/and Technician training or equivalent

• Proven experience supervising mechanical/electrical installation work within international and matrix organizations

• Experience in leading construction teams

• Dealing with cross functional teams (engineering, sourcing, projects, field services, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers) including C&C experts and PMSI

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• Genuine commitment to EHS culture & I&D agenda

• Proactive approach for safe & quality work

• Growth mindset and ability to act on constructive criticism
