** Customer Care Coordinator**

New * Provide best-in-class customer experience through enhanced service to Versitis blood clients
* Advocate for changes that will positively impact clients while also building upon the lifesaving Versiti mission
* Identify issues that may impact client satisfaction, quicken speed to closure, implement solutions to eliminate or reduce severity
* Ensure client service issues are resolved to satisfaction and ensure closures
* Ensure accuracy relative to fees, client set up, product stewardship and utilization
* Shift internally focused workload away from outwardly focused team members
* Achieve best possible customer NPS scores
* Actively collaborates and communicates with peers in Finance, Business Development, Field Marketing, Hospital Relations, Hospital Services, Information Services, Reference Laboratory, Marketing Insights/Operations
* Become an actively engaged member of ongoing operating mechanisms to ensure knowledge transfer and help shape client engagement strategy
* Two years of professional experience
* Demonstrated ability to report on project status, deliverables, and results
* Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory testing preferred
* Experience with integrated business software and CRM systems preferred
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to perform repetitive data entry tasks
* Strong process orientation and experience with process and continuous improvement
* Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
* Strong organizational, critical and practical thinking skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong Customer Service orientation
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills including ability to present technical information to customers
* Valid U.S. Drivers License and access to an insured vehicle
