About the job Remote Data Entry Operator / Part-time / USA
Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company in New York City.
The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic personality and be eager to grow. Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and with a strong team spirit.
POSITION DUTIES
- Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports
- Assist Back office and Sales team on any inventory/production related inquiries
- Assist CFO with reporting requests
- Assist Controller with month end closures
- Various Data review and consolidation activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Educational background in accounting is a plus
- 1 year of related experience
- Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
- Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts.
- Strong time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
