The estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $89,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Graphic Design and Production Supervisor, this role is responsible for collaborating with Marketing professionals on the design and production of marketing assets, including but not limited to signage, demo kits, brochures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design with a focus on production, ensuring high-quality execution of designs across various digital and print media.

What You'll Do
  • Review of quality of print and digital assets of contractors and vendors, providing feedback and keeping track of ongoing performance with supervisor.
  • Working with supervisor, identify ways to streamline and print-on-demand tools and processes
  • Implement and manage production processes, workflows, and schedules according to plan and budget, while proactively communicating back to internal customers the status and expectations of the project
  • Coordinate sourcing and proposals of project bids to multiple vendors in order to recommend back to the project owner the best balance of quality, competency, and cost.
  • Identify ways to strengthen the performance in terms of quality and accuracy amongst production vendors, including assessment of contracts, analysis of billable hours to manage key performance indicators, and providing business cases for additional/new software or training
  • Working with supervisor and marketing communications management team, this individual is responsible for collaborative ideation ensuring cohesive brand messaging, identifying ways for various Armstrong vendors to understand and implement the company brand, and delivering final product that creatively inspires customers and internal employees
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong process improvement initiative for development of problem solving and PI opportunities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best-in-class production and design tools, techniques.
  • Strong reasoning, logic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
  • Proven color management skills, including Creative Suite; Adobe certification
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MAC operating systems, current applications, i.e. OS system
  • Familiarity with proofing systems to implement and manage on-site proofing
  • Project management familiarity and project management methodology
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify a problem and take the necessary steps to overcome it
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ Years of Experience Working in Marketing Production or equivalent preferred.
