Piper Maddox have been engaged with an exciting renewables business out of Europe, managing project scales of 10GW and who are opening their first office in Austin. They have experience managing projects across Solar, Wind & storage & are initially looking to enter the ERCOT area with designs on MISO as they continue to scale.
Deep understanding of the Interconnection procedures are essential however there is also an important regulatory aspect to this position. Commercial experience of NERC planning studies & FERC rules is essential to be successful in this role.
Furthermore, the right candidate for this role will be an expert in the Grid integration process through development, preconstruction & project execution phases.
This role will be based out of Austin & you will you need to be on site a couple of days a week.
