Mechanical Design Engineer Winchester, VA Direct Hire with Full Benefits Our client in Winchester is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the manufacturing team. The Mechanical Engineer contributes to a team responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and creating designs for new industrial equipment. Your responsibilities are to support Operations, R&D, Sales, and Maintenance groups on develop of new equipment, maintaining and improving existing equipment, and increasing capabilities for an expanding product line. You will spend your days actively engaging other team members to develop processes and equipment that meet the business needs. Other responsibilities include: Create a culture of safety, increase awareness and compliance to procedures to achieve zero OSHA recordables, implement best practices and improvements regarding industrial hygiene.
