A premiere plaintiff's law firm, recently awarded "Best Law Firms" by Best Lawyers 2024 for Mass Tort and Class Action Practice, is seeking a Temporary Mailroom/Facilities person. This is a role that requires 5 days on site from 9am-6pm. Looking to have this person start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Light cleaning of kitchen area (wiping counters, microwaves, etc) and conference rooms.
- Making coffee several times a day
- Stocking of supplies in kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies in various areas
- Moving & lifting heavy boxes (paper, boxes of mail, etc)
- Opening of mail and scanning it into a digitized folder
- Making copies
- Preparing and logging outgoing mail
Qualifications: - Capable of lifting 15-20+ pounds
- High attention to detail
- Professional and polished
