At this brand new Mexican restaurant at the 3200 room Westgate Vacations Villas and Town Center Resort. Imagine being handed the keys to open and operate this restaurant that celebrates the rich heritage of Mexican cuisine in a friendly and creative ambiance. Hand shaken margaritas, an extensive selection of rare tequilas along with beer and fine wines. The restaurant will also feature exterior service to the guests of the Shipwreck Island Waterpark that has two stories of water based recreation. Established in 1982 as the very first Westgate Resort this property has grown to be the largest in the Westgate portfolio. Featuring several other home grown restaurant concepts including Drafts Sports Bar and Grill, Villa Italiano Chophouse, banquets and catering space, an extensive marketplace store as well as multiple quick service locations and pool bars. You will be joining the over 10,000 member team at Westgate Resorts compromised of over 27 incredible resorts in the nations premiere travel destinations including Orlando, Kissimmee, The legendary Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino, Branson, Myrtle Beach, Park City Utah, New York City, Gatlinburg, Cocoa Beach and more. and the state-of-the-art Ship Wreck Island Water Park.

Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:
**As a Server, you will:**
* Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
* Writes order on check or memorizes it.
* Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
* Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
* Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
* Completes all assigned side works and special projects
* Must have complete menu and bar knowledge
* Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.

**Education and/or Experience**
