Job Title: Patient Access Representative/Call Center Representative

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site initially, remote after training)

***MUST BE LOCAL to LA or OC to attend 1-3 month training, then you can work remotely****


Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of healthcare call center experience (average call time of 5 minutes or less)
  • Proficiency in Epic software
  • 2+ years of experience scheduling patient appointments for multiple physicians
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in verifying insurances
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and standard workbooks


Job Description: We are seeking 5 Patient Access Representatives to join our call center team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role involves managing approximately 50+ calls daily for multiple pediatric offices across Southern California. Key responsibilities include answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions and parking instructions, notifying clinics if patients are late, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals and follow-up care. The position requires on-site work until training is completed and assessments are passed (typically 2-3 months), after which remote work is possible.
