Manpower is recruiting for 2 apartment complex maintenance labors for the Palm Desert area
**Job Title: Apartment Maintenance**
**Location: Palm Desert, Ca**
**Pay Range: $20-$23.00**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections of all buildings and facilities.
+ Address and resolve residents' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
+ Repair and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and other essential systems.
+ Conduct minor, painting, and drywall repairs.
+ Ensure the complex grounds are clean and well-maintained, including landscaping and snow removal.
+ Maintain records of completed repairs and maintenance tasks.
+ Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
