POSITION SUMMARY:Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to patients and doctor's offices, answer inquiries and questions, handle health insurance information, provide information, create leads, and book appointments with doctor offices. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMIT TO:Answer calls and respond to emails. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
