**Description**

Resolve tickets through Prority1s ticketing system.

Analyze and resolve potentially complex end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues;

Support Window Servers corporate policies, procedures, and best practices;

Provide advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents;

Explain and document technical issues in a clear way for employees;

Proactively help team members/make suggestions to improve practices;

Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software;

Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications;

Follow-up on equipment delivered to other sites and ensure equipment is received and set up properly;

Interacts with users to understand and document all IT issues;

Take immediate actions to resolve technology service disruptions when they occur;

Ensure incidents impacting technology availability are resolved within policy standards;

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network fundamentals;

Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Office 2016 / 365;

Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory;

1-2 years of experience with Active Directory (Adds, Moves, Changes, etc.); Admin level is not required;

1-2 years of experience providing technical support in Windows Environment (8, 10), such as password resets, exchange, hardware, and software issues;

1-2 years of experience supporting iPhones and hot spots;

Standard PC Software support experience;

1+ years of enterprise desktop support experience in a commercial or government environment;

1-2 years IT experience is required

Pay & Benefits:

Base Salary of $35,000-$45,000 DOE
