We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: Recycling Tech

Job Summary: In a team environment, the operator is expected to maintain the area in a safe and efficient manner, following all good housekeeping standards set by the department. This position operates in a cooler environment, where the temperatures average less than 40 degrees and housekeeping is critical to the success of the plant. The operator will inspect waste through the recycling room and maintain three bailers loading into trailers for transport.

  • Operator Dumpers/Equipment
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
  • 1 to 6 months of similar experience is required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded.
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience is a plus.
  • Read/use measuring devices.
  • Interaction with chemicals.
  • Forklift/PIT operation is a plus.
  • Exposure to cold (<40 degrees).
  • Exposure to raw meat.
  • Documentation information.
  • Must be able to solve problems.
  • Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
