Responsibilities:

  • Employee maintenance
  • Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
  • Enter and verify new hire documentation
  • Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
  • Assist with employee phone call with questions
  • Employee reimbursements
  • Entering garnishments into UltiPro
  • Back up to Payroll Specialist
  • Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required;
  • Experience working with Ulti-Pro Software preferred;
  • Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
