We are now hiring a Full- Time Shipping Clerk at our Tupelo, MS facility a manufacturer of commercial seating supplying to the automotive industry.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Utilize the SAP system to manage and track shipping activities, including the preparation of shipping documents and maintaining records of shipped goods.
Pick parts from the inventory as per the shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all company policies and
safety regulations.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that the right products are shipped to the
right location on time.
Inspect shipments to ensure that goods come in undamaged and correspond with the
provided documentation.
Resolve any arising discrepancies related to the shipment of parts.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to ensure smooth
operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
