This role requires 3 days per week office attendance in Walnut Creek, CA. The office and is conveniently located near public transportation (BART), is ideally situated for bicycle commuters, there's plenty of free parking, and an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area.

Position Summary

Canadian Solar, Inc. is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing residential energy storage business unit. The associate will drive social media & digital sales campaigns to optimize targeted outreach initiatives. The person in this position will create materials and delivery webinars, in both Spanish and English.

  • Collaborate with division leaders, managers, and technical stakeholders on the planning, development, and execution of email and digital marketing activities
  • Organize and host webinars, videos, and training sessions using digital tools like video, email and newsletters to attract potential customers to the Canadian Solar product line
  • Produce visually appealing graphics for email and digital outreach to potential customers
  • Develop strategic marketing and social media campaigns through various channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, leads and website traffic
  • Use data to analyze effectiveness of digital marketing activities, making frequent strategic changes to enhance performance and reach different corners of the market
  • Manage key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, sharing results with senior leadership and driving change as needed
  • Drive both in-person and online attendance to webinars, tradeshows and industry events through targeted outreach and digital relationship building


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or relatable degree
  • Min 5 years experience in B2B marketing and new business development
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using digital marketing tools to develop & produce email marketing campaigns, social media communications, and new business outreach
  • Experience creating marketing materials for tangible, physical products. Solar, Energy Storage, EV, Wind, or renewables industry is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate stakeholders' concepts and develop tailored content to target specific audiences
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce), MS Office (Excel) and Pardot
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a sense of humor and positive, can-do professional demeanor who requires little oversight.


Compensation & Benefits

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, PTO, and sick days.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include bonuses or incentives or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
