The General Laborer - Car Runner is responsible for unloading vehicles (driving) from railcars. General Laborer - Car Runner. Frequently climbs up/down railcars to access vehicles Drives vehicles off railcars to parking areas within the yard. Removes and applies tie-down devices from vehicles Opens and closes railcar doors.
