Set within the Sunstone Master Plan is Trilogy Sunstone, a new community offering resort-style living in highly desirable northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. Trilogy Sunstone is planned to be a modern, amenity-rich Resort Club with stylish spaces designed to bring neighbors together for outdoor activities or a night out on the town.

**Where:** Northwest Las Vegas near Red Rock Canyon with quick access to the Las Vegas strip

**POSITION OVERVIEW:**

To ensure all residents, guests and buyers are welcome to the community and direct them accordingly. Facilitate vacation watch parameters, assist homeowners with entry gate operations, monitor gate system for maintenance related issues. This position reports to the Club General Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Act as a Goodwill Ambassador to welcome all visitors approaching the gate using the community assigned script, including residents and guests, potential purchasers, construction personnel, golfers and restaurant guests, and delivery services.

* Give appropriate direction to those visitors stopping at the welcome center to assure that all visitors enjoy their experience at Trilogy.

* Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles.Contact the homeowner or construction personnel prior to giving authorization for entry on all such cases.

* Control traffic at the welcome center to prevent accidents and confusion.

* Complete all entry system documentation as required.

* Register construction personnel with construction passes.

* Facilitate instruction at the gate for new owners on gate system operations and proxy card use.

* Monitor gates for maintenance related issues and contact Operations Manager accordingly.

* Unlock the Community Association facilities each morning and lock them up each evening if needed.

* Set alarms daily and on-call for afterhours alarm calls.

* Organize/maintain cleanliness in and around Welcome Center.

* Monitor Welcome Center supplies

* Assist in event facilitation of club events when needed.

* Assist in creating the concierge directory

* Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:**

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

* One to three years experience working in a customer service setting, dealing with public patrons and members preferred.

* Computer literate, with a basic understanding of the Internet, email, and entering work time.

* Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.

* Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public.

* Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision.

* Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.

* Must have good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.

* Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is expected.

* Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.

* This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**

This position operates in both an indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to weather conditions, and occasionally native wildlife, when outdoors on the facility grounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk (often for most of a work shift), use hands to fingers, handle or feel, bend, and reach with hands and arms. The position requires the ability to lift and/or push or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds. The employee must be able to see and hear, speak clearly and understand the speech of another person.
