About the Role:
As the TikTok Livestream Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our live-streaming activities on TikTok to enhance brand awareness and increase sales. You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with livestream partners, marketing teams, and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless execution and success of our TikTok live streaming.

- Live Streaming Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok live streaming strategy, including content creation, marketing promotion, and user engagement.
- Set and monitor live streaming goals (audience numbers, engagement rates, sales results), and continuously analyze data to optimize performance.
- Team Management and Coordination:
- Lead and manage the live streaming team (hosts, agency partners, content planners, technical support, etc.).
- Provide training and guidance to ensure team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Content Planning and Marketing Promotion:
- Develop and plan engaging live streaming content aligned with the brand image and market demands.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce high-quality, engaging live streams.
- Utilize TikTok's tools and features to maximize reach and engagement during live streams.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor live streaming performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze audience feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing live streaming activities, preferably on TikTok or other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's features, trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent leadership, execution, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
