Job Details
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, and translating it to business trends and strategic initiatives. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to develop strategic initiatives
- Consistently analyze financial information, including revenue streams, pricing structure and sales performance
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support month-end close
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management across multiple sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of financial analysis and FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel
