Administrative Associate - Parks & Grounds Division


Job Details

Performs administrative and office management functions to support the Department of Recreation, Parks & Tourism. This position is typically assigned responsibilities for a specific division within the Department of Recreation, Parks & Tourism and is cross-trained or may be assigned responsibilities to assist multiple divisions. Serves as the primary point of contact for the division; addresses or refers phone calls; schedules appointments and meetings; prepares correspondence and reports; routes documents for review, approval, and submission; organizes and maintains records; calculates payroll hours; and enters data or requests in an automated financial, work order, or asset management system.
