Machine Operator (Swing) We are currently searching for a Machine Operator to be based out of Molalla, Oregon. Machine Operators, under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, are responsible for maintaining, controlling, and operating equipment used in the manufacturing of recycling plastics. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior success as a Material Handler or equivalent position at Atkore and experience in lean manufacturing or a business system-based company is a plus. This position starting base rate is $22.55 per hour, with a shift premium available for swing shift. Atkore offers a competitive pay and benefits package.
