Staff Accountant
Our client, a therapeutics company, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team! This role will be hybrid in Newton, MA. The Staff Accountant role will report directly to the Director of Finance and be responsible for full cycle AP, assisting the procurement process and month-end close. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with vendors and external auditors, have strong attention to detail, data entry experience and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting closing entries
- Reconciliations
- Fixed asset maintenance
- Invoices, POs and payments are recorded, coded, scanned and filed accurately
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
