Job Details
Our Home is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer on the 1st shift. As a packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and packaging products according to company standards and customer requirements. This is a daytime position with a typical shift working Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure the quality of products before packaging
- Package products according to packaging guidelines and specifications
- Label and seal packaging materials accurately
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery
- Prepare finished products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory control as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in a packaging or production environment preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
