Our client, a private bank, is hiring an Operational Risk Sr. Manager position which will report to the bank's CRO and oversee direct reports. The position will direct operational/enterprise risk activities spanning the whole bank, including risk assessments, control reviews, and reporting.
Required skills/experience:
- 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, and/or audit positions within financial services
- Must have a strong background in/understanding of private/personal trusts and fiduciary rules. Ideally, the candidate will have worked in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
- The position would ideally be worked hybrid out of Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis-- but could be full-remote for a strong candidate.
