Join Ro's Information Technology Operations team! As an IT Technician, you'll provide front-line IT support to Ro'ers with hardware and software issues, delivering a fantastic customer experience while resolving requests promptly. This role reports directly to the IT Operations Manager and will work closely with other internal technology teams.

Please note: This role requires in-person support in our NY office from Monday - Thursday.

What You'll Do:

    • Provide outstanding IT support to other Ro'ers in offices, pharmacies, and remote work locations
    • Manage IT asset inventory, shipping, and receiving from our New York location.
    • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
    • Assist with onboarding/offboarding functions
    • Collaborate with team members on the Operations and Engineering teams
    • Participate in on-call rotation every ~2 months


What You'll Bring to the Team:
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

The target hourly rate for this position is [$32.50 - $38.00]. In addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro'ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
