JOB TITLE: Associate - {DB7750298}

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., seeks an Associate in New York, NY to contribute to collateral monitoring, asset approvals, portfolio management, and interactions with clients and support origination efforts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience updating marketing materials and developing presentations for marketing ABL lender finance and trade finance transactions for private debt (corporates, credit funds and Business Development Company managers); drafting term sheets and negotiating terms with prospective clients; creating Excel borrowing base models for bi-lateral credit facilities; coordinating with external counsel to document new transactions and amendments; liaising with internal functions to coordinate deal approval workstreams; preparing credit memorandums for Credit Risk Management in connection with mandated transactions; modeling financial transactions for internal risk assessment; assisting with syndicating transactions to partner institutions; monitoring portfolio revaluation events, assessing risk profile of these investments, and making recommendations to front office and credit risk management team; and analyzing key trends related to high-risk industries and middle market and loan leverage market developments. Salary: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
