EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Crisis Prevention and CPR certifications (offered on site)
  • Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
  • Teamwork and excellent customer service
  • Experience in an administrative/receptionist role required.Preferably in a healthcare setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Prioritize and coordinate patient admissions and provide guidance and direction throughout admissions process
  • Provide general office and clerical services for facility
  • Greets all visitors and channels them to proper personnel and/or departments
  • Handle patient valuables for safekeeping
  • Ensures messages are delivered to staff and patients in a timely manner
  • Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases and documents
