We have an immediate need for a temp-to-hire administrative assistant for our Merrimack Valley client.Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Position will entail a variety of office duties, including but not limited to the following.

  • Answering phones and directing phones calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Helping with scheduling and making confirmation calls for upcoming appointments.
  • Assisting with invoicing, pulling permits and entering payments into computer.
  • Data entry of computer information.
  • Filing, faxing, typing, and other office duties.
  • Running occasional errands locally, so candidate must have their own vehicle.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Attention to detail.
